Warm greetings from Norbu International Wellness Institute. We are strategically located at Changjalu, Olakha Thimphu Bhutan. Institute was established on 2nd March, 2016 as a first ever SPA Therapy and Beauty Care Training Institute and Registered with the Department of Occupational Standards under Ministry of Labour and Human Resource. The Institute is also an accredited assessment center in the field of Hair and Beauty Therapist in NCII and Message Therapist in NCII & NCIII issued by the Department of Occupational Standards, Ministry of Labour and Human Resource on 9th September, 2022.
Over View: – Institute is associated with Norbu Healing Arts and Center and has a reputation for well-round and professional staffs in the field of SP, Hair and Beauty. As of date the Institute has endorsed Quality Management System (QMS) and accredited NCII Hair and Beauty Therapy and NCII & NCIII Massage Therapy by the Department of Occupational Standards under Ministry of Labour and Human Resource apart from basic therapist course.
As of date the institute has completed 13th batches with a total of 292 trainees, out of which 153 were trained in the field of Hair and Beauty Therapy and 139 were in the field of SPA Therapy. Additionally, Institute has also trained and employed more than 32 trainees from Person with Disabilities (PWDs) particularly those who are visually impaired. Durations of 4-6 months certificate course prepares professional graduates in the field of Hair & Beauty and SPA Therapy. We also offer other training programs such as entrepreneurship and personality development. These programs offer a unique mix of academic and practical course combined with extensive practicum experiences. Our focus is not only on therapeutic training but also on concern in the overall development of their career.

- Massage Therapist – Short-Term for One Week to Four Months – An individual with interested or planning of going abord can undertake this course for easier and secure employment.
- Hair and Beauty Therapist – Short-Term for One Week to Four Months – An individual with interested or planning of going abord can undertake this course for easier and secure employment.
- Refresher and RPL – Short Terms courses are for 10 Days durations – These services are usually for employee with field experiences and for those with same business License holders.
- Entrepreneurship courses – are appropriate for anyone interested in starting and growing a successful business.
